Our chef, Gregory Tatis, is home grown from Queens and started his illustrious career at Nickelodeon in Astoria. Gregory then proceeded to go south of the Mason-Dixon Line to famous Cajun Chef Paul Prudhomme's kitchen at K-Pauls, where he cooked for over eight years. When creating the Delta Grill, owners Tom Burns and Tom Sullivan envisioned a classic Louisiana roadhouse eatery with superior food and a welcoming atmosphere.
