The 12 pizzas available feature all the classics, but there are also more unique options such as "La Cirilo" which has a butternut squash puree, cream of truffle, mushrooms and fresh mozzarella.All the ingredients Paciullo uses are fresh and organic – the tomato sauce is made only with tomatoes from the San Marzano region in Italy and the pastas are all homemade.
