Wild Edibles Oyster Bar has evolved over time. Wild Edibles has been a leading wholesale supplier of hand picked specialties from the sea to New York’s finest restaurants. After the success of our Grand Central retail store we opened the Murray Hill location in the summer of 2001. Originally the market was set up for take out only, but responding to the needs of the local community a complete renovation was completed in 2007.Today, Wild Edibles Oyster and Wine Bar is known for boat fresh fish that is proudly displayed next to a large assortment of oysters and seasonal specials. We work with the Blue Ocean Institute and are making the effort to offer as much sustainable seafood as possible. In addition we are known for a large selection of local area wines and craft brewed beer.
