Wined Up, located in the Chelsea area directly above Punch, is a seductive, beautiful wine bar-lounge. Conceived by architect Jay Veigora, Wined up features a floating 3,000 bottle one hundred foot wine wall, managed by wine director Joseph Sangiovanni, from which to sample the many different wines from all over the world and enjoy the delightfully eclectic small plate menu created by Chef Matthew Shoemaker.In addition to the wines by the bottle, Wined Up offers 30 wines by the glass, hand-crafted cocktail specials, beer, champagnes and grappas. Chef Shoemaker's menu pairs innovative tasting plates, fondues, pizzas, pastas, paninis and a dozen artisinal cheeses and charcuterie platters with selections from the wine list.
