Bistro Rollin is open for lunch and dinner Tuesday through Saturday and brunch and dinner on Sunday at 142 Fifth Avenue in Pelham, NY. To create this special dining experience, the Bratones were delighted to find Chef Manny Lozano, a Mamaroneck resident with an incredible track record in some of the finest restaurants in New York City and Westchester County. Including almost 7 years as the sous-chef at the wonderful French bistro, L'Absinthe, in Manhattan. Chef Lozano is creating delicious and affordable dishes from the freshest and finest ingredients for Bistro Rollin patrons and looks forward to welcoming all of you to this new local dining experience.
