Giorgio Jiminez opened Giorgio's Italian restaurant on the corner of Merritt Street and Ellendale Avenue in 1985. The restaurant is off the beaten path in a residential part of town which adds to the cozy, family style atmosphere. Giorgio's offers a variety of italian dishes including chicken marsala, spaghetti and meatballs, steaks and its most popular dish, the veal chop.
