Move over Dinosaur and Sticky Lips, Rochester now has 3 options for BBQ!!! A mix of food I've never seen all together before, BBQ as the main attraction, but also ice cream, and a bakery!?! Located in Rush, Located in Rush, look for the barn-like structure just at the corner of Rte 251 & Rte 15. Colby's as been a BBQ catering joint for over 2 decades, They have either pulled pork, pulled chicken, ribs, brisket and Angus beef bbq as options. For desert or a snack they have 32 flavors of ice cream plus soft serv custard, sundaes, shakes and 100's of fresh baked goods. Brownies, cannoli's, slices of pies, cakes cookies, moon cookies and Italian cookies are on display. During the summer there is an outside cafe with plenty of seating over looking a great view.
