Gaffney's Restaurant - About Gaffney s was originally established in 1978, and was bought and renovated upon by its current owner, John Baker in 1982. Over the last quarter century Gaffney s has grown from one bar and restaurant to two more additional bars, with a large outside dining area and a beautiful garden to relax, enjoy and listen to fantastic music during the warmer seasons. As a result Gaffney s has become a Saratoga tradition, ritual and place to be and be seen The restaurant menu consists of a wide array of American cuisine as well as many dishes from different cultures and ethnic origins. Chefs Bobby Holt and Kevin Myers have fine-tuned the menu over the past few years to include dishes like the infamous New Orleans Creole butter and Crawfish Etouffee, a true Italian Bolognese, Saratoga s most scrumptious Burger with freshly sliced fries cut on the premises, and mouth watering filet mignon s and steaks both chefs are two of the Capitol Region s most talented!
