Ms. Daltons experience as an attorney includes work as a corporate attorney in New York City, several years with a large well-known Albany law firm and several years as a practitioner in Saratoga Springs, New York. Ms. Dalton began as an associate with Thacher Profit & Wood, a firm of over 200 lawyers, in New York City in 1986, having graduated cum laude from Villanova University Law School. After several years with TP & W, Ms. Dalton worked as a senior corporate associate with Fox, Horan & Camerini, an international firm that represents public and private companies and high net-worth individuals on legal matters in the United States and abroad. During her years as a corporate lawyer in New York City, Ms. Dalton's experience primarily focused on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, entrepreneurial enterprises, financing arrangements, private placements, shareholder and partnership agreements and drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including distribution, franchise, and technology licensing agreements.
