Onabay Vineyards is located on a large parcel of land just north of Peconic Bay on South Harbor Road in Southold. Brad Anderson has owned the vineyard for 18 years, and--with the help of family members and with the help of winemaker Bruce Schneider and viticulturalist Steve Mudd--produces chardonnay, merlot and sparkling wines. Drawings of herons by Francesca Anderson and poetry by Mia Anderson appear on each bottle's label. The Andersons hand-pick all of their grapes.
