While Spanish delis are abundant in Sleepy Hollow, this small shop  claims the title as the only one of its kind in Tarrytown. Owner Luis Chimbo, from Ecuador, carries products from his country like panela (hunks of brown sugar), tapioca, pasta, melloco (dry corn) and even roasted cuy (Guinea pig). There are also the Spanish deli standards like international phone cards, Goya canned goods and basic produce.
