Nick Krasniqi, a longtime restauranteer with a pizza place in Briarcliff Manor, has taken over what used to be Cassano's. Mr. Nick's wants to give more, to more people. An expanded menu includes more traditional Italian meals, appetizers, and daily specials like gnocci with quattro formaggio; and staple items like the cheese slice and the calzone have new lower prices to attract younger walk-ins.
