The affable Frank Young, a long-time restaurant owner in the region, is the man behind this new Chinese/Japanese storefront in the site Crystal Spoon used to inhabit. After nine months of renovation, the restaurant is spotless and pleasant. There's a few dine-in tables but most patrons get their lunch combos and chef's special rolls to go.
