A tradition that folks in White Plains often enjoy at Dunne's Irish Pub is a night of seisun, when Irish musicians get togethr and play traditonal Irish songs. Every Wednesday evening from 7:30pm - 10:30pm, the pub hosts Irish musicians, such as local favorite Brian Conway, and it has been known to draw musicians from as far away as Dublin. The menu features Irish classic dishes such as corned beef and cabbage, Irish meatloaf with beans and shepherd's pie as well as nachos, mozarella sticks, and fries.
It comes as no surprise that Guinness is served here, among other brews. Dunne's is also welcoming to families with children, often sponsoring youth events and athletic teams.
