This cafe has been a part of the White Plains community for the past 30 years. It is located past the fire house on th left hand side; you can spot it easily because it has bright red umbrellas in the outdoor seating area. Fair Deal has everything that a person would want inside of a cafe but, it also offers many other amenities such as catering.
