This is not island food gussied up and served to the sounds of Jimmy Buffett. Bob Marley sets the mood and it's here you will find owner Ruth, spry and smiling behind the counter.
Ruth came to White Plains from Jamaica not that long ago and brought her recipes and culinary skills with her. From the tiny kitchen in the back, she brings forth lunch and dinner, which customers can enjoy onsite or take away with them. On Thursdays, the restaurant offers a special stew served with red beans and rice.
