Trattoria Aroma began as a humble Italian-inspired caffé on Main Street in Williamsville, NY in 1993. While perfecting the art of espresso beverages and Italian pastries, owners Dave Cosentino and Gerry Clementi began traveling to Italy. These trips created a desire to serve their customers more than cappuccino and tiramisu. In 1999 Trattoria Aroma was opened next to the already popular Caffé in Williamsville. Since then the caffe has closed but Trattoria Aroma lives on as the standard for Italian cuisine in the suburbs of Buffalo.
