We pride ourselves in using only the finest, freshest quality ingredients, irrespective of cost. Our light and airy dough is made fresh daily, from only the finest certified organic "double zero" milled flour, yeast, pure filtered mountain water and natural sea salt. Also fresh daily, our house-made mozzarella cheese is acclaimed by our customers as the best they have ever tasted! We also use exclusively, certified DOP San Marzano tomatoes imported from Italy, which in our opinion are the closest thing to our fondest memories of what the best of summer's red. ripe, luscious, juicy, home-grown tomatoes taste like. Our pizzas are all topped off with certified DOP imported Parmigiano Reggiano and Pecorino Romano cheeses, premium first-pressed, extra virgin olive oil, and then fired in our wood-burning brick oven, built for us by Stefano Ferarra--the world's leading master craftsman of brick ovens, in Naples, Italy.
