All menus are customized to the season and occasion using local and sustainable ingredients. We source 95% of all ingredients from small family farms practicing sustainable forms of agriculture within 100-mile radius of Cleveland, Ohio. We are also active in associations and initiatives that educate the public on the importance of supporting our community by eating local, including our own Plated Landscapes events.
