One of Kent's sweetest spots, Heavenly Cupcakes, opened in University Plaza in 2009. Orders come in for weddings, business meetings, birthdays and "just because." All cupcakes are made on the premises from scratch. Visitors to the bakery find the bright store awash in pink and pretty handcrafted furnishings and decorations.
