In its storied past, The Loft was known as "The Loft Pizza," and nearby Taco Tanto served its delicious menu in the dark bar, too. Today's Loft doesn't serve food, unless you count chips and other bar snacks, but it's still popular with the college drinking crowd.
In a very smart move, The Loft decided to allow patrons to bring in their taco orders, and The Loft's grand outdoor patio seating practically doubles as next-door-neighbor Tanto's outside dining area.
(That said, to eat Tacos at The Loft, you have to order a drink from The Loft, and all Loft customers must be 21 years old or older.)
