J's Pizza Market in Mentor is located on Center Street in a newly built complex that includes the Lake National Bank. J's is not your typical pizza shop. It employs the "Take and Bake or Bake and Take" approach, meaning you can take the pizza dough and toppings and cook them at your leisure, or J's will bake it if you'd like to eat then and there.

J's Pizza Markets menu is not typical either. While it does have the traditional pepperoni, sausage and mushroom, J's also has unique pizzas like the "Little Havana" with black bean sauce, banana peppers and cilantro as well as the "Apple Bacon" pizza with ingredients like grilled chicken, apples, bacon and barbecue sauce. J's also offers free slices for those who are unsure about what pizza to eat.
