Corrie Hasenjager Goddard has been owner/operator of ‘Boro Bistro for the past 6 years. The Bistro grew out of it’s previous space in Historic Downtown Springboro and has re-opened at 722 N Main St., Springboro since Sept , 2010.Corrie’s interest in nutrition led her to major in Health and Nutrition at University of Toledo. She has used that knowledge to provide healthy, nutritious, and delicious meals for her restaurant’s customers. Produce is fresh and local (when possible), and entrees are baked, not fried. After enjoying your meal, you may choose to unwind by selecting from the restaurant’s variety of fresh deserts, pies and cookies.
