Since January of 2011, the Weaver family of Sylvania, who are the new proud owners of Charlies Homemade Pizza and Edibles, have been enhancing the original Charlie's menu. Chef Steve Weaver, a recent graduate of Le Cordon Bleu culinary arts school, has been introducing new classic Italian dishes, refreshed recipes to existing menu items, along with some great appetizers while still offering the "Original Charlie's" menu.
