Ferdos has been owned and operated by Maher Barazi since 2000. Maher is a Syrian native who moved to the U.S. 30 years ago. Maher personally spends two hours every day mixing, resting, rolling, and baking his made-from-scratch pita. Since it’s made fresh every day, there are no preservatives in our bread.
