I have litigated most areas of the law including real estate, oil and gas, personal injury, commercial, divorce, probate, guardianship and criminal law; I have tried jury cases in every Federal District in Oklahoma; I have tried numerous civil and criminal jury trials in Creek County and other Northeastern Oklahoma Counties. I served 8 years as an Assistant Creek County District Attorney and was appointed by the Supreme Court to be a judge on the Oklahoma Court of Appeals, Temporary Division No. 139. As a title examiner and licensed title insurance agent, I have rendered title opinions and cured title on thousands of surface and oil and gas real estate titles in Oklahoma.CasesThe only two reported cases in Oklahoma where the trial court was reversed in an action to accelerate a deferred sentence: Evans v.
