Taylor"s Dining is located in the School of Hotel and Restaurant Administration at the College of Human Sciences at Oklahoma State University. We are a casual dining restaurant with seating for more than 100 and a private dining room, Joe's Room that will accommodate 40. Taylor's is open from 11:00 - 1:00 Monday-Friday during the semester at OSU. Taylor's is an experiential learning lab for the students in our School. Your server is a student enrolled in our Service Management course. The service class emphasizes service technique, dining room management and profitability. The students preparing your food today are also in a practical laboratory style class. Our students learn basic to advanced recipe costing, menu planning, and kitchen organization techniques that help prepare them for hospitality leadership positions. They are also responsible for everything you taste, smell, and touch during your dining experience.We look forward to your visit at Taylor’s.
