Old School Bagel was established in August of 2007, but its owners are not new to the bagel business. Old School Bagel opened after one owner had been in the bagel business for twenty-plus years. Oklahoma has been without a good bagel shop for about a decade, and it was about time for one to come around. The need for a good bagel was apparent when the line was out the door and inside was standing room only within the first few weeks.
