Evergreen Indian Restaurant prepares authentic and traditional cuisine from India fresh daily. We started in 1999 in Corvallis, when Meeraali Shaik saw a need for authentic Indian food in the town. Ali first came to the United States in 1990 after being a chef for many years in India. During lunch, Evergreen provides an economic, but filling buffet full of a variety of items. Their dinner is much different however, with a relaxing atmosphere, and excellent service it is a great place to go after a hard days work, or a romantic evening for two.
