The original Ristretto Roasters is a small, intimate space where locals can sip a latte while lingering over the New York Times or Salon.com (yes, we have free wifi). Our shared parking lot and ample street parking make it easy to duck in to pick up a pound of Sumatra Mandehling for home brewing.The Beaumont Cafe is also home to the vintage Probat Roaster we like to think of as a very large and aromatic piece or industrial art. On most days, you can watch Din or Josh at work in the glass-walled roasting room, tending to small batches of beans, each of which is roasted to its individual point of perfection.
