While our preference calls for locally sourced, organic farm-to-table ingredients, Vinotopia at Forest Park will also hand select uniquely flavored super nutritional ingredients from around the world, evolving the farm to table concept to higher nutritional and medicinal levels. Meats and proteins will be fresh, humane and “clean” such as Painted Hills hormone free, grass fed beef or fresh line caught Chinook salmon.

Vinotopia will also carry forward its award winning wine program featuring over 30 wines by the glass or ounce, as well as a diverse wine list featuring the finest wines from California and the Northwest.

The boutique Vinotopia Restaurant is set in the theme of the golden era of movies with shades of the famous historic Brown Derby Restaurant on Wilshire Boulevard in Hollywood.
