Since he purchased the restaurant in 1962, Ed Stoudt has provided guests with hand-cut aged steaks, fresh seafood and a few homemade German favorites. Our seasonal menus emphasize fresh, locally grown ingredients and artisan cheese and bread from our own Wonderful Good Market and feature weekend Chef's Specials.Our award-winning, hand-crafted beers brewed fresh from our brewery next door are on draft. We have over 12 styles available year-round exclusively at our pub, including special firkins and small batch brewer’s reserve styles. Stop by for a dollar off pints during happy hour (Monday through Thursday, 4-6).
