Menu highlights include pit bar-b-que wings, jambalaya, pulled pork sandwich, bar-b-que chicken quarter, Tex Mex wrap, grilled smoked pork chops, buffalo chicken salad, southern banana pudding and pecan pie. All meat is first seasoned with a special house mix and then slow-cooked for up to 12 hours in hickory pits. Live music is hosted occasionally.
