1741 on the Terrace is located inside the historic Hotel Bethlehem, and offers steak and seafood options as well as a comprehensive wine list. Domestic American-produced wines are the focus of the restaurant's selection but the restaurant carries imported wines as well. Voted "Best in the Valley" by readers of the Morning Call newspaper the past 5 years, the restaurant's Musical Sunday Brunch combines live music - harpsichord, harp, piano, jazz duos or even bagpipes - with made-to-order omelets, waffles, a carving station of roasted meats, fresh seafood and desserts. Dinners at the Terrace, held in a well adorned dining room overlooking Downtown Bethlehem, earned the restaurant the distinction of "Best Fine Dining," from Lehigh Valley Style in 2010.
