Duck Deli has been in business in New Britain since February of 2001 and is known for its North Carolina barbecue. All its sauces are homemade, gluten-free and available for sale. All the smoked meats it offers are cured using hickory wood on the premises in its own smokehouse. It serves breakfast on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and offers homemade Shadybrook Farms ice cream for take-out, and patrons often sit on the porch or outdoor tables enjoying the locally made ice cream treats.
