Kaya’s Fusion Cuisine is owned and operated by Michael & Jessica Hawthorne. This BYOB restaurant, named after our four-year-old daughter, was built solely on a dream that we made a reality. Our menu style is Fusion, meaning contemporary American with global influences. We serve top quality items at reasonable prices, utilizing the Oakmont Farmers Market and other local vendors as frequently as possible. We believe our passion for the culinary arts is evident in the taste and presentation of each and every dish we serve.Kaya’s is an eco-friendly establishment. We personally recycle everything, including our fryer oil that is converted into bio diesel. We do not use Styrofoam or plastic bags, and are proud to serve One Village Coffee, a fair trade company that roasts the beans to order.Kaya’s is also a family run business that is what it is today because of the talents and work ethic of a supportive extended family, all working toward a common goal.
