Caleb's American Kitchen is the new BYO New American restaurant helmed by Chef Caleb Lentchner, former executive chef and general manager of Marsha Brown in New Hope, PA. Inspired by all things American including steaks, burgers, lobster, shellfish, Creole, California and of course, local and regional farmers from PA and NJ, Caleb's American Kitchen will offer the finest in New American cooking. Adjacent to Peddler’s Village in Bucks County, PA this new bistro-styled eatery is open daily for breakfast, lunch and for dinner. Caleb’s American Kitchen is proud to recognize the gluten-free diner by offering gluten-free bread for all burgers and sandwiches as well as a few signature items such as Coconut Macaroon Pancakes for breakfast and Santa Cruz Fish Tacos for lunch.
