Our firm was founded in 1986 by the merger of two well-known Lancaster County law firms whose roots extend back to the business practice of Richard J. Blakinger, the municipal practice of Charles B. Grove, Jr. and the agrarian and land use practices of Samuel S. Wenger and M. Elvin Byler.
