Vincenzo was born and raised in the New Jersey area, where his parents owned Italian Restaurants for over twenty years. They had returned back to Palermo, Italy for some years and that's when Vince decided it was time to go out on his own and do something different. Vince himself has owned and operated restaurants for over nine years, from Center City Philly to the Lancaster area. He truly loves what he does and gets great pleasure out of making people's mouths rejoice.
