El Taco Loco was founded by John Adler and Roger Butler in New Hope, Pennsylvania on May 5th 1989 (coincidentally Cinco de Mayo.) The company was created with the idea that you don't have to go to California for great Mexican food. The key was to use only the finest and freshest ingredients and prepare everything to order. This philosophy remains the same today and our customers appreciate the difference, some traveling over an hour to enjoy their favorite Mexican dishes.
