Diane and Tom both worked as dieticians at Pennsylvania Hospital, providing 3 hot meals and snacks each day for the entire hospital.Since 1991, the corporation has grown, and in the year 2000 purchased its first facility at 40 W. Maplewood Mall, in Germantown, Philadelphia.
