Hop Angel Brauhaus is a new Germanic bar/restaurant in an old building at 7980 Oxford Avenue in the Fox Chase neighborhood in Philadelphia PA. Formerly 7980 Oxford was the site of the Old Brauhaus, the Blue Ox Brauhaus, and most recently Blue Ox Bistro. With Hop Angel Brauhaus, we have brought the brauhaus back, while also bringing something new and fresh. Our menu features traditional German specialties accompanied by traditional American fare, including steak and seafood. We also offer a casual 'Anytime Menu.' Our kitchen is open late 7 days a week. Our chef, Kevin McDevitt, is a local Fox Chase resident. Along with our German/American cuisine, Chef Kevin specializes in cooking delicious seafood dishes!
