They are famous for their broasted chicken, which is lightly breaded in a special marinated seasoning then deep fried under pressure. No trans fat is used and Frank's special process cooks the chicken with 40 to 70 percent less fat than a traditional deep frying method. A large variety of ice cream is also available.
