Known for many years as Boulevard Ice Cream, now known as Scoops on the Boulevard, this ice cream shop has been a staple in Brookline since 1979. Offering 44 different flavors of ice cream, Scoops also specializes in sundaes, banana splits, and milkshakes. Its two signature flavors, carried by no other parlor in the area, are called Playdough and Muddy Sneakers.
