Our Goal Back Then Was To Be Able To Provide You, The Public, With The Best Possible BBQ Products At The Best Possibly Price.We Quickly Determined We Better Figure Out A Way To Cut Expenses And Frills. The Solution Was Simple, Eliminate A Large Staff Of Employees And Run It “Hands On” Ourselves. And, Since We Didn’t Have Servers, Bus People, Dish Washers, Cashiers, Payroll & Taxes There Was No Need For, The Frills - Fixtures & Furniture, Tables & Chairs, Plates & Utensils And On And On. Thus, The Drive Thru Only Concept Was Born And The Money Went Into Buying The Best Possible Smokers On The Market (Southern Pride) And Best Possible And Finest Quality Meats Available. Thanks to You, The Public, IT WORKED!, and we are now known as the GO TO place for TO GO BBQ.
