Pete had been working on farms since the 1980s, but decided to focus on produce in 2000, when he started Pete's Produce. It offer seasonal favorites such as cherries, strawberries, apples  and pumpkins as well as local food from the farm like eggs, corn and peppers. Pete's also sells flowers, honey and prepared and baked goods.
