Located in borough hall, the West Chester Parks and Recreation Department is responsible for overseeing the borough's parks and organizing events within the community. Activities include park clean-ups, holiday events, park events and recreational sports leagues.  Keith A. Kurowski is the director of the parks and recreation department.
