Founded by the Borough of West View and Ross Township, Ross / West View EMS is a non-profit organization that provides emergency medical services to residents of West View, Ross, Millvale Borough, Reserve Township and Ohio Township. It serves more than 54,000 people and covers about 25 square miles. It is funded by the participating municipalities.
