The Plainfield Township Volunteer Fire Department is located at 6480 Sullivan Trail in Wind Gap. The department also has a substation located off Kesslersville Road, where two of the company's six trucks are housed.
Adjacent to the fire house is a picnic pavilion and banquet facility that is available for banquets, weddings/receptions, birthday parties, christmas parties, funeral gatherings and more. A smaller room is also available for more personal parties, corporate training sessions and other uses. All proceeds benefit the Plainfield Township Volunteer Fire Department.
