Decorated in deep blue and vivid orange, Pancho's Margaritas is comfortable and casual. The house specialty is, of course, margaritas and the bar attracts a bustling crowd. The restaurant also serves reasonably priced Mexican and Guatemalan dishes, including light lunch combos and specials like Steak Pancho, a rib-eye steak loaded with mushrooms, onions and shrimp. Owner Marco Castellanos moved Pancho's to this location from Providence and many customers followed. He throws a Thanksgiving party every year with a free turkey dinner for all diners.
